How to Sign Up

  1. Browse to https://conversions.vetdata.com/support/home 
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign up
  3. Enter your full name and email address and click Register
    • You will receive an email that will enable you to set your password
  4. Some documentation is tied to Company association. This must be done manually by a Vetdata agent, so contact your representative for assistance.


How to Log In


Please be sure to be signed into Freshdesk before clicking ticket links from agent replies. By default, Freshdesk links routes users the agent Okta portal, which will not accept customer logins. Third party users will want to ensure they're using the Customer Login portal in all cases:

  1. Browse to https://conversions.vetdata.com/support/home 
  2. In the top right corner, click Customer Login
  3. Enter your email and password then click Login
    • Once you have signed in, you will be able to access Vetdata documentation and resources


How to Reset Password

  1. Browse to https://conversions.vetdata.com/support/home 
  2. In the top right corner, click Customer Login
  3. Click the "I forgot my password?" link
  4. Enter your email address and click Reset My Password
